However, if you receive an article that is damaged or defective, we are here to help. In such cases, please provide us with a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package. The video should clearly show the issue with the article.
Once we receive and review the video, we will determine if the issue is valid. If approved, we will replace the defective article with the same design (subject to availability).

• The article must be unworn and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
